Our stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were double booked and not ideal for a group of four, they were still beautiful, and the breakfasts were perfect for starting our day. The service, on the other hand, stood out for going above and beyond to accommodate us, even when faced with unexpected room issues. The location, although disconnected from the main hotel, was stunningly perched on a clifftop with breathtaking views. Dining was underwhelming compared to expectations, but the morning meals were great. Overall, a hotel with ups and downs that made our stay memorable.

I was thrilled with the fabulous rooms at the hotel, spotless and with plenty of towels and a robe for each occupant. The beautiful view of the caldera side of the island with an amazing sunset was breathtaking. However, the room was smaller and dirtier than expected based on the pictures, which was a bit disappointing given the price paid.
